The e-shop will be closed for the holidays from December 28 to January 6 inclusive. Orders placed during these dates will be processed on Tuesday, January 7.

What coutries do you ship to?

We only ship to Switzerland.

How much does it cost?

1 beanie or 2 beanies =  3 francs
3 or more beanies = free shipping

How can I know the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order, and another one when your order is shipped. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail. All orders are handled within 2 working days and sent with the Swiss Post. From the moment you get the e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched, you will receive it within 1 to 2 working days.

How can I return an item?

You can return any item within 31 days. To return an order, please send it back to the following address:

 

Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition with its original tag attached without any visible sign of wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.

The refund takes place when the goods are received. Refund covers the original cost of the product paid by the customer. The cost of freight returning the goods to us is at your expense.
