How can I know the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order, and another one when your order is shipped. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail. All orders are handled within 2 working days and sent with the Swiss Post.

How can I return an item?
You can return any item within 14 days. To return an order, please send it back to the address mentioned on the package. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible sign of wear and tear, and must have the original label attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria.
The refund takes place when the goods are received. Refund covers the original cost of the product paid by the customer. The cost of freight returning the goods to us is at your expense.
Can I pick up an order directly in store?
Yes, simply select the in-store pick up option at checkout.
