What is Beanie Beanie?
Beanie Beanie is a Swiss retail project that started in Geneva in 2020, offering knitwear accessories manufactured by Robert Mackie of Scotland. You can shop our collection online, visit our boutique in Lausanne, or find us at seasonal popups in different locations, from shops to Christmas markets.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in Stewarton, Ayrshire, Scotland, by Robert Mackie of Scotland, a family-founded knitwear manufacturer established in 1845. With a long heritage of Scottish craftsmanship, Mackie designs, knits and finishes its products in-house, combining traditional expertise with modern manufacturing techniques.
What countries to you ship to?
We currently ship within Switzerland only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Switzerland costs CHF 3 for orders under CHF 100. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 100 or more.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Of course! If you’d like to change or cancel your order, simply contact us at info@beaniebeanie.ch as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to help.
When will I get my order?
We usually process orders within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped with a Swiss Post tracking number.
If an ordered item is unavailable due to an inventory error or any other stock issue, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, excluding Sample Sale and Last Chance items, which are final sale. For in-store returns, a receipt is required. If you have any questions please contact us a info@beaniebeanie.ch
